I am currently a Lead Research Scientist at Systems & Technology Research (STR). My research interests are in the areas of statistical machine learning, sequential learning, optimization in Bayesian modeling, and their applications to anomaly detection and cyber security.

Before joining STR, I recieved a PhD in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department at the University of Michigan under the supervision of Alfred Hero. During that time, I was an EECS departmental fellow and a Consortium for Verification Technology fellow. I recieved a B.A. degree in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.A. degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
