I am currently a Lead Research Scientist at Systems & Technology Research (STR). My research interests are broadly in the areas of statistical machine learning, explainable AI, sequential learning, optimization in Bayesian modeling, and anomaly detection.

Before joining STR, I recieved a PhD in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department at the University of Michigan under the supervision of Alfred Hero. During that time, I was an EECS departmental fellow and a Consortium for Verification Technology fellow. I recieved a B.A. degree in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.A. degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
